Unless otherwise stated in a specific contract, all custom code, creative assets, and strategic frameworks developed by YOUR STEPS LLC remain the property of YOUR STEPS LLC until full payment is received. All website content is the exclusive property of YOUR STEPS LLC.
YOUR STEPS LLC provides technical consulting and engineering on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our technical assets or strategic advice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the competent courts of Wyoming.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services to any entity that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to meet payment obligations as defined in their respective project agreements.
